Just a great magazine. Period!

I have been buying M&F Hers off and on for about a year now and read every issue cover to cover since there is such a wealth of information. I finally decided to get the full subscription and use each issue as my absolute go to for workouts, healthy eating and tips. Love this magazine! And recently the download process to my iPad is much improved
